Timber Creek Farm and Forest is dedicated to inspiring a love for nature across all generations by fostering 

ecological literacy and promoting vibrant environmental stewardship. We strongly believe that the health of future generations depends on teaching THIS generation how to cherish each other, our Earth, and all that she provides.

 

We know that by engaging in hands-on play and shared learning experiences outdoors on the farm and in the forest, we cultivate an intrinsic understanding of ecosystem dynamics and encourage a natural respect that evolves into a lifetime commitment to caring for the environment.

Nature School

As leaves turn and seasons change, our connection with nature stays the same! The Timber Creek program offers young people the space and environment to explore their imaginations, feelings and connection to nature.

 

The day starts with a morning greeting where we stir interests and talk about what the morning may bring. After our greeting and sharing ideas, we get warmed up to start our adventures for the day! 

 

The farm and the forest are a blank canvas and we encourage everyone to express their interests, connect with others and to develop a deepening sense of the world around them. We close the day by saying goodbye and expressing our appreciation for the gifts the day has given us all.
